As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives our mission forward. You'll lead recruitment efforts, cultivate a vibrant company culture, and provide strategic HR guidance to support our talented team of scientists and researchers. The company has two locations in Georgia and California.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, experience in the biotech or startup industry a plus.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training and retention strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and drive initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
